This topic is actually related to time management. If you don't have enough time you have to stay up late and get up early. So you feel sleepy during the day. They say complaining that you don't have enough sleep makes you even sleepier and the key to beeing cheerful is conviencing yourself that you had enough sleep (even if you didn't). How do you think, does it make sense? Do you have enough sleep? How do you overcome your sleepiness?
