As for me i had a loooot of experience using Mass media while i was studing English. And, of course. right now i'm using it again every day.
We have a power - it's called INTERNET. With its help we can find english-speaking friends, share his interests and tastes in any part of the world. Such programmes as ICQ (I Seek You) and AOL (America Online) Messenger, Facebook specifically designed for communication, make it easy and thrilling. Through the Internet it is not only possible to receive messages from a friend in the United States, but see a picture of him and hear his voice. It's great! The best way of learning language is practise ...PraCtise and PRACTISE again!!

Information given by television, radio, newspapers (of course in English) it's useful for us. We can train our listning skills. Watching movies in English - wow!

I agree that practice is the best way to learn English. I think it's very useful to watch movies in English to train our listening skills and also to listen to the modern, live language. Listening to songs in English and singing along helps us practice our pronunciation.

I think so, too. In different chats you can communicate with people from other coutries and learn English or other language this way. Films and music help us too and a lot of EPISODES! during watching , for example,Dr House, in original( in english) you will have a chance to learn endlish perfectly!

Internet is getting more and more useful in communicating with foreigners. You can find lots of sites, which allow you to meet your foreign friend. In 6th form our English teacher offered us to take part in a project "Language Bridge". It was great: teacher gave us some adresses of British boys and girls, and we were sending letters, our photoes to new friends. My pen-friend was a pretty girl, Diana. She was a bit older than me, but we were communicating easily, and become friends soon. Later I couldn't answer her, because I had some problems with my Internet... You see, Internet takes us an unical opportunity to communicate with foreigners. We improve our knowledge of English, the facts are so. But to my mind it is better to meet a foreigner in a real life, to see his or her face, to learn his or her interests, to share your secrets... Trere are no emotions in Internet, I think.

Media education is including many points, like radio, newspapers, films, TV programmes, and Internet. We can watch films, TV programmes, listen to music or radio, communicate with people with the help of Internet (using different chats or social web sites, like facebook, twitter and etc.).But I think the best way to improve our skills in studying foreign languages is practice. Speaking to the foreign guys we get more payload!

Unfortunately, I have't experience in this question. However, I know a little about media education. It is an excellent way of education for people. who haven't a lot of time and people who live in the remote places. Besides, media education is a good way for simultaneous reception of several education. Various Internet sites, special books, magazines and newspapers help to the Media education system. Besides, it can be dispatch of CD-disks with the necessary information.
