| In my opinion, the Internet help us to communicate with our parents and friends when we are far from our home. However, some old people can't use computer.Besides, it cheaper than call. Over the Internet we can write letter and get answer very fast, even can see each other through camera.Every year high technology give us more and more possibilities for comfortable communication.=)

| In my opinion Internet is a good way for communication with my lovely parents, because they live for away from me right now. When Internet doesn't work it is very bad, because I lose the connetion with parents and friends.

| Internet helps me to contact with my parents. I`m sending them my photos so than can see how I live in dormitory in Irkutsk. Also we always can keep in touch with each other, talk and send messages and now it`s good, because we have a SKYPE so I can see my parents by videocamera I think it`s good!!!

| I think that it really does. When you are far from home it's very convenient to associate with your parents this way. You can write and send your e-mail whenever you want and it is more favourable because phone talks are too expensive! Sometimes you want to hear your mother's or dad's voice and of course it will be better to call them.

| I think, it does, but it's individual for each person. As for me, Internet helps me keep in touch with my family a lot. They always worry about me, about my health, so they ask too many questions. I can write them all that they are interested in using e-mail. It's very convenient. In a letter you can write as much information as you want. In contrast, time and money are limited, when you talk on the phone. In addition, Internet is a very easy thing to use.

| I can't unequivocally answer to this question, because the Internet - a thing double enough. On the one hand, the Internet the direct assistant in communications between the family. The Internet - the most economic way of communication with relatives: e-mail, conversations by Skype are cheaper, than a mobile communication. On the other hand, all these ways of communications can’t replace human dialogue. To hear relatives’ voices, to read the letters written by their hands - here huge pleasure.

| Of course, Internet helps families stay more in touch. We live in the 21st century and we have Internet, we have e-mails, we have Skype, we have social networks (like odnoklassniki, vkontakte, facebook and so on), so we have many opportunities to stay in touch with our families. Years ago, it took a long time to write a letter, then find an envelope and go to the post office to buy a stamp and post it. Today we write mails while we wait for our change in the convenience store and they’re sent in an instant.

| I think it is too hard to judge what was better - to connect through Internet or post. There is no doubt that to use computer is more comfortable and faster. Sitting near display you consume just a little of your health and electricity. Using paper letters you have to do some work - from buying a cover till going to near postbox while computer doesn't need paper. To avoid dizziness of a long thoughts I'll say about feelings - they haven't changed since Internet happened. That is my humble opinion.

| The Internet does not help me, because there is phone. Parents live near to Irkutsk. But he to me helps to communicate with sisters and brothers which live far. It gives me huge plus because I can communicate with them. The nobility of their pleasure and a problem, business, than are engaged, and itself tell about the life.

| It's not a very simple question. Of course, if you live far from home, as I am now, it is very helpful to have Internet to communicate with your family. For instant, I'm going to link Internet to chat with my family using Skype. I can also see new photos and speak with my parents and siblings without wasting a lot of money to communicate with them by phone. In this case, using Internet can be very important to help families to stay in touch. But there is other side in using Internet. We hear a lot of messeges and stories about people, who "get lost" in Internet, almost every day. Kids and grown ups are spending all their time on Internet. They don't talk with their friends or family, they do nothing to stay in touch with their relatives. In fact, Internet is very dangerous for this kind of people. To sum up, Internet is very helpful to stay in touch with your family. But don't forget about your real life, using it!

| Internet helps to communicate with your family, when you are far from one another by social networks and other programs (skype for example). Also It helps to find information to regulate relationships in family.

| Hm... I dont think that internet helps in this way. It would be better to visit your relatives than send emails or chatting on webcam... I think that internet create a lot of problems! We ve listened about that in our first class in this university(Почем нынче живое слово) The internet is a good way to find a friends or for wasting time on entertaments. What about communication with relatives? (NOT with picture on your desktop) The chatting face to face is more likeable
